Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Vestis, a wardrobe management and outfit planning app operated by VESTIS LTD (SC884547), registered in Scotland. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vestis helps you digitise your wardrobe, get AI-powered outfit suggestions, and develop your personal style. The service includes wardrobe cataloguing, outfit generation, Style Snap (style learning from inspiration photos), and related features.

Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use Vestis. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at hello@vestis.style.

Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. After the trial period, you will need an active subscription to continue using outfit generation and Style Snap. You can still view your closet without a subscription.

Subscriptions and payment

Vestis offers paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you agree to Apple's payment terms. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings.

Prices may change. We will give you reasonable notice of any price increase before it takes effect. If you do not agree to the new price, you can cancel before the next billing period.

Your content

You own your photos and wardrobe data. By uploading content to Vestis, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and display it back to you within the app. We do not claim ownership of your content. We do not share your wardrobe photos with other users or use them for marketing without your explicit consent.

AI-generated suggestions

Outfit suggestions, style analyses, and clothing descriptions are generated by AI. They are suggestions, not professional fashion advice. We do our best to make them useful, but we cannot guarantee they will always be accurate or suitable for every occasion. Use your own judgement.

Availability

We aim to keep Vestis available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will try to give notice of planned downtime where possible.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VESTIS LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. If we make changes that significantly affect your use of the service, we will notify you in advance where reasonably possible.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of Vestis after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, we will remove all your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may also terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
