Vestis is a wardrobe management app that helps you wear more of what you already own. You photograph your clothes, and our AI builds outfits from them — tailored to your style, the weather, and the occasion. No more staring into a full wardrobe thinking you've got nothing to wear.

Take a photo of any item with your phone camera. Vestis removes the background automatically, then our AI identifies the colour, category, pattern, fabric, and formality. You can tweak any of the details if needed. It takes about 10 seconds per item.

When you first open the app, you'll go through a short style quiz — things like your preferred colours, how you balance comfort and style, and what you're dressing for. You can also use Style Snap to photograph outfits you like (from magazines, social media, real life), and Vestis learns from those too. The more you use it, the better it gets.

Vestis is launching on iPhone first, with Android following shortly after. We'll let waitlist members know as soon as each version is available.

If you give Vestis location permission, it pulls today's weather forecast — temperature range, conditions, and rain chance — and factors it into every outfit suggestion. If there's a 40% or higher chance of rain, it'll include a waterproof layer. If there's a big temperature swing, it'll suggest something layerable. You can revoke location access any time in your phone settings.

Style Snap lets you photograph or screenshot outfits you're drawn to — from Instagram, magazines, people on the street, wherever. Vestis analyses the colours, vibe, formality, and key pieces, then builds up a picture of your style over time. It's like a mood board that actually teaches the AI what you like.

Yes. The "Build My Own" feature lets you pick items from your wardrobe and assemble your own outfit. You can save it, mark it as worn, and it goes into your outfit history alongside AI-generated ones.

When Vestis creates an outfit, it sometimes spots a piece that would complete or elevate the look — something you don't already own. If so, it'll suggest what that item is and give you links to find it. We prioritise secondhand and sustainable retailers like Vinted, ThredUp, and Depop. The retailers shown depend on your country. We earn a small affiliate commission if you buy through these links — it doesn't affect the price you pay.

Your wardrobe photos are stored securely in your Vestis account (hosted in the EU). When you add an item, the photo is sent to our AI for analysis and our background removal server to isolate the garment — neither retains your images after processing. We never share your photos with other users or use them for marketing.

Yes. You can delete your account at any time, and we'll remove all your data — profile, wardrobe, photos, outfit history, style inspirations — within 30 days. You can also email us at hello@vestis.style to request a full data export.

No. We don't sell your data, we don't use it for advertising, and we don't share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the service. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

Yes. Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — AI outfits, Style Snap, weather-aware suggestions, everything. No credit card required to start.

After your free trial, Vestis is £7.99 per month or £64.99 per year (a 32% saving). You can view and browse your wardrobe without a subscription, but outfit generation, Style Snap, and shopping suggestions require an active plan.

You can cancel any time through your Apple ID settings (or Google Play subscriptions on Android). Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period — we don't cut you off early. No cancellation fees, no hoops to jump through.

Your wardrobe stays exactly where it is. You can still open the app, browse your items, and see your outfit history. You just won't be able to generate new AI outfits or use Style Snap until you resubscribe.
